1) Website use

You agree to use the Website for lawful purposes and in a way that does not violate any applicable laws or regulations, infringe the rights of others, or interfere with the security or operation of the Website.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Website at any time if we believe a user is misusing the Website or attempting to harm it.

2) Information on the Website

We try to keep information on the Website accurate and up to date, but the Website may include errors, omissions, or outdated information. Content is provided for general information only and may change at any time without notice, including details about pricing, availability, packages, and event offerings.

Website photos and videos are for illustrative purposes. Layouts, florals, seasonal fields, and experiences can vary by season, weather, and availability.

3) Inquiries and bookings

Submitting an inquiry through the Website (or related forms) does not guarantee availability and does not create a binding booking agreement.

Bookings, event planning, and client management may be handled through third-party tools (for example, Google Forms and 17hats). Additional terms may apply within those tools, including proposals, invoices, and agreements.

If you book an event with us, you may be required to sign a separate agreement. If there is a conflict between these Website Terms and a signed event agreement, the signed event agreement will generally control for that event.

4) Pricing, payments, and transactions

Prices displayed on the Website are subject to change without notice unless confirmed in writing (for example, in an invoice, proposal, or signed agreement).

Payments may be processed through Square. By making a payment, you agree to Square’s terms and policies. We do not store full payment card details on our Website.

Unless otherwise stated, all amounts are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may be subject to applicable taxes.

5) Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling, refund terms, and deposit policies may vary based on the type of service (weddings, private events, corporate events, markets, or other offerings). The applicable terms will be provided in writing in your invoice, proposal, ticket listing, or signed agreement.

Ticketed events are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law or explicitly stated otherwise in the event listing.

6) Guest conduct and property rules

If you attend Wildflowers Farm or host an event at our venue, you agree to follow posted rules and staff instructions. You are responsible for the conduct of your guests and vendors while on the property.

We may refuse entry or require any person to leave for unsafe, disruptive, illegal, or inappropriate behavior, or for failure to follow rules. In serious cases, services may be ended early for safety or compliance reasons.

7) Dogs on the property

Dogs are allowed on the premises, but must be kept on a leash at all times.
Dogs are not permitted indoors at any time.
Owners are responsible for their dog’s behavior, supervision, and cleanup.

8) Assumption of risk

Visiting a farm venue involves inherent risks, including uneven ground, weather conditions, insects, plants, animals, farm equipment, and other hazards common to rural properties.

By attending Wildflowers Farm, you assume these risks to the extent permitted by law and agree to take reasonable precautions for yourself and your guests, including supervising children at all times.

9) Weather, seasonal conditions, and force majeure

Many activities at Wildflowers Farm are weather-dependent. Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, events may proceed in a variety of weather conditions.

We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, fire, flooding, power outages, government restrictions, public health emergencies, labour disruptions, or other events outside our reasonable control.

10) Photography and media

Unless you have a separate written agreement with us stating otherwise, you grant Wildflowers Farm permission to capture and use photographs and video taken on the property that may include you or your guests for promotional purposes (such as our website and social media), provided we do so in a respectful manner.

If you would like to request that identifiable images of you not be used, please contact Info@wildflowers.farm
. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests going forward, but we cannot guarantee removal from third-party platforms where content may already have been shared, reposted, or distributed by others.

12) Third-party links and services

The Website may include links to third-party websites or services (for example, Square, Mailchimp, Google services, and 17hats). We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

13) Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Website, you agree that we may collect and use information as described there.

14) Disclaimers

The Website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or guarantees about the Website’s availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

17) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any disputes will be brought in the courts located in Ontario, Canada, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

18) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
