Yoga is our anchor, our connection that brings us back to the present moment. We offer classes each season in our intimate studio, surrounded by nature, leaving you feeling nurtured, nourished and re-connected. Based on the ancient traditions of Ayurveda, each class blends poses, sequences, breath work, and meditations crafted specifically around the time of year.  As we flow with the rhythms of nature our inner practice begins to reflect our outer environment. Beginners and practiced yogis alike always welcome. Seasonal tea provided.

Jane Magri

Jane Magri

Jane Magri is a Registered Clinical Herbalist (RH) Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher (RYT500) and co-owner of Wildflowers Farm. Jane combines her love of local herbalism with eastern philosophies to create a unique blend which celebrates natures rhythms. Jane is passionate about connecting one to their true nature through movement based on the practices and principals of Ayurveda. Jane's gentle and compassionate approach creates a nourishing environment for one to come back to themselves.

Jennifer is a Therapeutic Yoga Practitioner, Meditation Facilitator, Reiki Master & Healthcare Professional.

She is passionate about helping others truly connect to their body. Her goal is to educate and empower students and clients with skills and techniques to improve their overall quality of life.

Rachel McGarry

Rachel McGarry

Rachel McGarry is a Kirtan Artist, Yoga Teacher (CYA-RYT 550) and owner of Sanctuary.is. Rachel combines her love for devotional music and yoga to offer yoga classes that nourish, inspire and guide you home to yourself. Come together in love and celebration of the Goddess through the Goddess Yoga offerings. And, for some exciting news, Rachel's first album of Bhakti music is scheduled to be released by the end of 2018!

Holly Mcdonald

Holly is a yoga teacher; psychotherapist and author. She helps her students to slow down and breathe mindfully, enabling immense health benefits. Holly has been teaching and practising yoga for over 20 years. Her teacher training includes: Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health and First Responder teacher training.
